I have been to 3 optometrists, and I would always get a really strong prescription. Which made my head hurt. This one is the best!! Didn't make me wait days to be scheduled. I was able to walk in. Little to no wait time!! And best of all, Dr explained everything with extreme detail!! He left me with me with no possible questions to ask. I had never had an optometrist show me different lenses to be able to create the best fit for me. I left really excited with a great feeling! This visit was on Wednesday, and glasses were ready on Friday. Let me tell you! they are so perfect!!

Doctor and attendant were very professional worked in a timely manner. There wasn't a long wait, the exams were performed back to back with no prolonged timing. Doctor is very professional in describing what testing is being done. He was also kind enough to walk me through the options for lenses, but they didn't have the brand I was looking for. Great experience! Will be returning.

Terrible reception unable to reach office via phone will consult a new optometrist from now on. I been Coming to this facility well over a decade, a very sad turn of events to witness a once adequate and professional institute fall in such a callus manner.

My mom came to this place to get her eye exam and was told her glasses would come out to be 500 dollars so she decided to buy glasses somewhere else. Because of this they withheld her prescription for multiple days not letting her get it. When they finally allowed her to go get her prescription she noticed that the numbers were different from what she remembered. She decided to trust them and ordered glasses with the exact prescription she was given. Turns out they gave her a false prescription instead of the real one. I don’t know if this was done because she didn’t want to spend 500 dollars there but this is disgusting to do this to someone just because they didn’t buy the glasses from their store. She still got the eye exam done there so her insurance was billed and they still had the audacity to give her a false prescription from what it actually was. I will be in contact with a lawyer and her insurance to get this issue resolved.

Very fast service! I waited for about 5 minutes to go in after my appointment time. The lobby was empty, there was 1 other person there (good crowd control during COVID). Dr.Ciampa was amazing! He made a great conversation with me and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t need glasses for my eye problem so he helped me out with an alternative. I am very thankful that he cares and attempted to find a solution for my unique situation.
