Austyn Brigman here, my review on this place is absolutely fantastic and very informative when it comes to my vision, the staff are super kind and helpful as well as Dr. Cook himself. This place is immaculate and the staff makes sure everything is sterilized before use, so in my experience and opinion, if your looking for a place to get your vision checked, this is the place to go! 5/5 stars! Definitely worth the money.

I haven't had my eyes examined in quite some time. My husband has been coming here for the last few years and finally convinced me to make an apt. So glad he did. I now need glasses / contacts full time and prefer to not wear glasses if I can help it. Brandy was so helpful and super patient with me not being a contact lens wearer. Dr. Cook was great and thorough and super descript in everything that they do. The entire staff were so nice, helpful and professional. I am so glad I chose to go to Citrus Vision vs. to another big box store location. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I am so glad that I picked Citrus Vision for my eye exam to get new glasses. The doctor and staff were amazing! The technology that they have for testing and looking at the health of your eye is amazing, and gave me peace of mind about some of the concerns that I have had. Definitely will be going here for my yearly exams ☺️

I will start off by saying that the front office staff is very helpful and nice. I went there the end of July for an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Even after my insurance, I still paid $569 and only one pair finally was made correctly. All I wanted was a pair for work that were bifocals and a pair for home for reading, single lens. When I got them back the first time, August 15th, my work pair; I couldn't see my computer screens just past them and for the bifocal part, I had to bend over my desk to be no more than 12" from my work. My home pair were blurry and I could only see if the item was 12" from my face. So I brought them back the next day and explained the situation. They kept them to fix them. I got them back on Sept. 15th, and they were no better than when I dropped them off. They recommended that I turn my home pair into progressives. They are supposed to be the specialists, so I agreed. I received a message that it would cost me an additional $22.50. I agreed I would pay and they sent them off again. I got them back on Sept. 30th. My work pair was finally made to where I can see my computer screens and be able to sit upright to work at my desk. My home pair where no better. I took them home to try and the bottom portion of the lens was so small I had to keep my head straight and look down to be able to read. I gave me a headache. So I brought them back and told them to just make them the same way they did with my work glasses. I got a message from Valerie wanting to clarify what I want done with the glasses. I told her I want them done the same way as my work glasses. She then called to clarify how I want them done. I told her that whatever was done with my work glasses, do the same with these. She said ok. I got it. I picked them up in the beginning of Nov. and the bifocal part is so small, it's useless. The only way to use the bifocal is to hold my head straight and look down with my eyes through the bottom of the lens. I brought them back because they are not the same as my work glasses and I was told that the office manager said that they cannot fix them anymore. They have been sent back too many times. I asked for 2 simple pairs of glasses. I didn't screw them up, they did. I didn't want progressives, but they thought that would fix them. I asked to make them the SAME after so many screw up and that couldn't even be done. So I paid $295.75 for a pair of glasses that barely work. I just realized that they are crooked as well.

This was my first time visiting Citrus Vision and my experience will definitely have me returning. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Cook was phenomenal explaining all aspects of eyewear and what options are available. Now I can’t wait to get my glasses! Thank you everyone for the superb service!!!
