What can I say?! Doc is great! She’s Attentive, caring and genuinely concerned about all things effecting your vision. The ladies in the office are compassionate and very helpful. They are honest about frames that suit the customer, even if it’s not what you’d want to hear. I respect that. Overall, I’ve had the best experience at this office and now my Mother, Father & sister are also clients. If you’re looking for an Eyecare office to call home, City Eyecare is the place.

I can confidently say that City Eyecare is a hidden gem here in Coral Springs, Florida. I originally found them through AI recommendations when searching for a trustworthy place for an eye exam and contacts, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the start, the entire team has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Rahim at the front desk deserves special recognition — he has helped me multiple times and consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service like that is hard to come by. I had my eye evaluation done with Dr. Lennard and purchased a year’s worth of contacts through them. The appointment was thorough, informative, and efficient, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting everything right rather than rushing me through the process. What really stood out to me was that months later, I came back after accidentally damaging a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, and the team was still just as helpful. They took the time to assist me with the repair and treated me with the same level of care and attention as my original visit. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuinely kind people the way City Eyecare does. First time patient Friday. It was the second shop I visited last week. Dr Leonard and Rebecca, her MA, were a breath of fresh air for me. I wanted an exam and a year's supply of contacts plus new glasses. During the exam I asked how severe my cataracts looked and the conversation went into a lengthy discussion of surgery and the benefits that it had. Several times during the conversation to edify me on procedure we went off topic, and Cheryl never hurried to end it. Her consistency competence and empathy made it extremely easy to trust her, and Rebecca has the same qualities. The are a very efficient and likable Duo. I am very excited about this new path Dr Leonard has lead me down and can't wait for the outcome. Two thumbs up, top of the line service, 🙂

The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, which makes every visit a positive experience. Being intentional about where I spend my money as of late I was refereed to City Eyecare. I drove 30 min this morning for a simple repair on two frames. As I entered the store I was pleasantly greeted by two team members and they assisted me with repair of both of my frames. Rahim provided "second mile" customer service by bringing my repaired frames to me in Starbucks. Now that's service and professionalism at its best. I will be making the drive to have my eye exam here soon. Thank you City Eyecare!
