City Optix Optometric

Dr. Rich is a very congenial, experienced and knowledgeable optometrist. He takes time to answer questions and provides expert information for my particular prescription. The staff are also quite knowledgeable regarding fittings and eyewear and have always been quite helpful to me. I've shopped, bought, and been a patient there for over 20 years.

I am very glad that I got to see Dr. Rich. He were very through and patient with all my questions and vision needs. His staff was also very helpful and kind. There is also a big variety of glasses to choose from. I highly recommend!

I waited downstairs while my sister went up for a contact emergencies since we were visiting the city. I expecting to be there a while, but she was back before I knew it! She came down raving about how the staff opened early for her and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They graciously assisted her by supplying another pair of contacts to her in her time of distress. Fast, kind, and excellent service!
