Clarity Eyecare

I've been wearing glasses since I was in the 1st grade and I am now 69 years old. My last 2 pair of prescription glasses cost me a fortune and I still could not read with them. Additionally, even though I went to a "nice" establishment the customer service and chair side manner left a lot to be desired. At my son's recommendation I went to Clarity Eyecare and what a difference! From the moment I entered everyone was very kind and cordial to me. I waited less than 15 minutes before being taken into a room for some measurements. Shortly after that Dr. Chan took me into a room to complete my exam. She was incredibly patient and thorough and did some tests I'd never had done before. She answered all my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. Then she took me out to Jeanne the Optician. Jeanne helped me pick out frames and was even kind enough to adjust the glasses I came in with so that they fit properly for the first time since I'd gotten them! Justin was behind the desk when I first arrived and greeted me warmly. Jeanne, Justin and the other 3 women who were working that day all weighed in on my frame selection... it was a fun process! This was the best experience I've had getting new glasses since I was a child and I can't recommend Clarity enough. I wish I could give them more stars! I traveled about 30 minutes further to go there and it was well worth it!

I have been using Clarity Eyecare as my eye doctor for two years now and have had such a wonderful experience as a patient at this practice. Dr. Chan is is incredibly kind and takes the time to truly listen and address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I never feel rushed during appointments, which is something I really value. As a newer patient, I also really appreciate how she’s remembered my personal concerns from past visits. It makes the care feel much more thoughtful and personalized. The rest of the staff are just as lovely—always patient, welcoming, and helpful. One thing that really stands out is how well their online system works. It’s super easy to log in, navigate, and quickly access all of my documents. That’s not always the case with medical portals, so I really appreciate how well theirs works. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for both the quality of care and the overall experience.

Exceptional experience – thorough, patient, and classy environment I had my eye check-up today at Clarity Eyecare, and I can’t recommend them enough. First, kudos to Dr. Howai Chan. She explained every single piece of information thoroughly and answered all my questions in a way that actually made sense. She made sure I was comfortable throughout, and I never felt rushed – my whole check-up lasted an hour, and she walked me through each step. She even gave practical examples and suggestions on how to properly take care of my eyes. I also want to shout out the front desk/reception. My appointment was at 4 PM, but I arrived at 3:30 PM and they accommodated me right away. Lisa was incredibly patient with me while choosing frames. She helped me pick the best size and color for my face, and she even shared her own experience, which really helped me make up my mind. Everything was smooth and pleasant. The vibe of the place is classy and modern – I genuinely enjoyed being there. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chan was very thorough, and explained everything she examined in a way that I could understand. Lisa was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained my eyeglasses options very well. Pretty sure I was the last patient of the day and didn’t feel rushed at all. I appreciate the kindness of everyone I encountered. Overall such a great experience for my eye exam.

The doctor is amazing and she very very caring during her examination. She gives you precise information. And explains each and every step from the beginning of the process to the end. Answer questions to your understanding. The exam was very pleasant and she focused totally on my husband well being. And the staff is very very pleasant and extremely helpful. They all seems to enjoy their jobs. Their very kind and makes sure you're comfortable. The entire office is very very clean and well put together.
