Dr. Mola is wonderful, and I appreciated the care I received from her. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because of the way I was treated by a member of the office staff. During my visit, I was spoken over, dismissed, and reprimanded in front of other patients while simply trying to explain my questions and clarify the instructions I had been given by the doctor. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in a professional medical office before, and it was both upsetting and embarrassing. I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it is important to share my experience. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Dr. Mola was excellent. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to detail. I appreciated how carefully she explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Her staff was also wonderful and helped me find frames that fit my face perfectly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It is clear that Dr. Mola and her team genuinely care about their patients and providing high-quality care.
