Clarity On Melrose

I am visiting from out of town and forgot my contact lenses. After trying a few local places to get a few samples or anything quick and getting bad customer service and rudeness I found my hero at Clarity on Melrose. I walked in and asked if they carried my contacts, and Jeff, the front desk, saw my prescription and kindly went to get me a few days NO CHARGE!! He was so sweet, and the office is so so beautiful!! Everyone go to Clarity, they actually care about you!!

This place is absolutely stunning. I needed an eye exam last minute and ended up having such a great experience. It feels very private, personalized and nothing like your typical eye doctor visit. You can tell they’ve invested in advanced technology that gives a much deeper look at your eye health compared to standard exams. They also have the cutest, most curated selection of glasses. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and super seamless. Highly recommend if you want something elevated and not your average optometry visit.

I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Richardson! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to break everything down for me…I never felt rushed or lost. The office is STUNNING with state-of-the-art equipment I’ve never seen before in previous offices (a huge plus), and checking in was super easy. I came in for both a routine eye exam and a contact lens exam. I recently moved from Detroit to LA and I’ve been on a mission to find new doctors for every area of my healthI’m genuinely relieved to finally cross eye doctor off that list. Dr. Richardson is the real deal and I will definitely be back next year. Highly recommend! And parking was super easy…there’s a structure nearby and I parked there.

Gorgeous store with an incredibly helpful team! Went in for my first eye test and frame shopping in years and I couldn’t recommend more.
