I could get emotional writing this review . I am a patient living with lupus and Sjogren disease, and I woke up one day with debilitating eye pain that completely changed my life. For an entire year, I went from doctor to doctor searching for answers because the pain was so severe that there were days I could barely get out of bed. After feeling dismissed by so many doctors, I was starting to lose hope that I would ever find answers or feel better. From my first appointment, Dr. Flores took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my symptoms, and acknowledge how much pain I was experiencing. She never made me feel like my pain wasn’t valid, and she never gave up on trying to find answers.
