Rude front desk lady named Rosie I think made me wish we would’ve scheduled at the West location or anywhere else. I saw Dr Jordan as a patient about 3 to 4 years ago and recommended my fiancé go see him because it was such a positive experience. They were unable to pull up his insurance and when I tried explaining that the customer contact center had been able to verify it I was told I was being too intense…I had not even raised my voice at that point.

This is only my second appointment getting my eyes checked and I hope every office is this professional and knowledgeable. The staff walked me through everything and clearly communicated why each part was necessary. All equipment was cleaned and thoroughly explained to me. Dr Jordan was thoughtfully explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable with what I needed to do moving forward. I didn’t feel rushed and I love my new glasses. They have a great practice here.

I went there for glasses and to get my eyes checked in dec. 2023. I ordered my glasses and it took nearly 2 months to have the order filled. I decided not to go back. Then 1 year later in 2024 they started calling me to schedule another appointment. I ignored it. They continued to call me and leave voicemails 5x a week for nearly 3 years straight. I will never due business with them ever again due to poor service and bad marketing practices. I finally called today to politely ask to be removed from the calling list. I was told I needed to provide my full name and date of birth. I didn't initially want to provide my date of birth and the lady was very rude about that. I finally gave it and im really hoping the calls will finally stop

The staff here is so friendly and personable. My husband and I go here and they have always been so friendly and helpful. We had our grandson(3yrs) at one of our visits. They were so good to him. He really enjoyed himself.

A great office the staff is friendly and it is a pleasant experience. Dr. Jordan is great, he is kind and patient, he listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately.
