I love Heather, my technician she was so amazing. I believe I learned more from her on my first visit then with my last doctor of 8 years... lol Very friendly and great chair side manor. She made the visit start off just right cant wait to meet the doctor. Met the Dr. She was amazing very sweet and so helpful and explained everything to me. Amazing service would recommend to everyone....

I had the best experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Benton, Ky. I walked in and within 2 minutes Ashley was calling me back. What a sweetheart she was. She did all the preliminary tests before I saw Dr Ellis and she told me everything that was going to happen to prepare me. She was very friendly and informative and did her job very well and I told her so. Also, Dr Ellis is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege to see. He walked in jovial and light hearted and made me feel so at ease. He was extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. I absolutely loved my time with him. Instead of trying to sell me something that I really didn’t need, he told me I could just keep wearing my cheaters. Normally, doctors would try and make more money, but he was honest with me and I walked out of there feeling really good. I can’t wait until my appointment next year and I hope and pray they are still there. It truly was a great experience.

Very pleased with the professionalism and compassion that was shown to me from the time I walked into the office until I walked out. I did not have to wait very long to be taken back for my examination and Dr Morris explained my symptoms very well and what I needed to do to take care of them. She and her office staff are the best. I will be going back.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location but it has gone so bad. The billing is absolutely insane. Getting billed for something that is over a year old that has been paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the customer service. What a joke. Took my receipt bank statement and bill and a gentleman and I say that loosely because he was extremely rude and no help. Acted like it was inconvenient for him to put down his phone and acknowledge me in the first place. He kept interrupting me and trying to talk over me and wouldn’t let me explain the situation fully. Just kept telling me there wasn’t anything he could do. Never putting his phone down. Ended up getting nowhere and just left. Called the number on the bill and took my chances with someone who barely spoke English. Who knows if it will get sent to collections. At least if it does I can dispute the mark and them be put on a radar for trying to get peoples money. Just a warning to anyone looking they have shoddy billing and extremely rude receptionists. If you do go be sure to keep all receipts as they will try to nail you time and time again. And expect no help. Useless to say the least.

Once again Clarkson Eyecare has been terrific. From the front desk reception to Taylor doing the preliminary testing and getting me set up in an exam room was right on my scheduled appointment time. Taylor was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Laurel Morris was awesome as always as well. Great office all the way around!
