Dee at Clarkson Eyecare was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and provided outstanding customer service. Dee and her trainee are friendly, professional and allowed me to feel comfortable after not having an eye exam for more then 20 years. Lisa guided me through all my insurance options and help me pick out a pair of frames and help me reduce the cost in my purchase. The staff is amazing

Visited Clarkson Eyecare in Howell for my annual eye examination. Online checkin was very convenient. Initial vision tests were conducted by Dee, who was very pleasant and professional throughout. Dr. Zaidi was very thorough and professional, taking plenty of time to verify my prescription. She thoroughly reviewed my test results, and kindly discussed and offered advice on some potential forward looking procedures. Lisa was great, assisting with new frame and lens selection. She also was very helpful with insurance and billing questions, and clearly explained some sales promotions that were currently available. The entire visit went smoothly with no issues. Very happy with the care I received.

I had a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Friedman also took the time to answer my questions and explain potential surgery options to me in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. They ordered my glasses quickly, and they arrived even sooner than expected. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them!
