I was given exceptionally good service by the young African American lady that assisted me. I came to purchase one pair of glasses and have another pair serviced. She was so nice and professional (not just toward me but others she assisted). It was somewhat trying morning but I heard no one complaining. Smiles all around with the exception of 1 employee. Love this place.
Excellent, professional and personal service from Dr Rosenthal and staff, especially Katie and Kennedy, who provided expertise, guidance and care from eye examination through eyewear selection and best value options. Everyone was helpful, patient and explained things clearly. Thanks to this Bexley team for a great experience. Highly recommend to go see these folks and get the care and assistance you need for help with your vision needs and prescription eyewear.
Dr. Rosenthal has been my Dr for years and I really like him. However it has become nearly impossible to get an appt. 2 appts scheduled leave work early. 1st appt I arrived 10 mins late due to a traffic accident had to reschedule, understood. Had to wait almost 2 months to get schedules aligned get to appt 10 mins early, to be told oh you didn't get our message? No I did not, spoke with someone that confirmed my appt 2 weeks ago. The Dr has to leave early on Tuesdays now. Again took off work early to get here only to be told need to reschedule or suggested I get a location closer to my job! Very disappointed with them.
Great visit to Clarkson was great, Dr Rosenthal did a full exam and gave me great feedback on my concerns. The staff helped me pick out he perfect pair of glasses.
My wife scheduled an appointment because she couldn’t see out of her glasses instead of them taking care of her today when she went, they told her come back Monday so we can fix them…???? Why did she come into the office today? Why waste time? Then nobodyyyyy wants to answer the phone, when I went for my appointment the heavy set white lady who didn’t come check on me when they eye doctor guy told her to, she didn’t tell me that I could get glasses that day, she tried to make me pay for free contacts. It wasn’t professional enough for me.
