I almost forgot to post this review of Clarkson Eyecare last month when I called to see if they'd tighten my glasses. The lady who answered the phone told me to just come on in. The business was easy to find, as it was conveniently located in a shopping center that I frequent. Everyone was SO nice & I'm so thankful for the speedy assistance I was given.

I’ve been going to Clarkson Eyecare for a couple of years now and always have such a great experience. I originally came here after going to a more well-known chain that just didn’t feel very personal, and I’m so glad I made the switch. Everyone here is genuinely kind and welcoming, and Dr. Frontino is amazing. She’s so patient, never makes me feel rushed, and really takes the time to explain everything. They also have a really good frame selection, and the prices feel much more reasonable than other places I’ve been. Overall just a really positive experience every time I go.
Dr. Karen Krotine has been my optometrist for close to 30 years. She is hands down the "Best of the Best" in her profession and the reason I continue to go to Clarkson Eyecare. The front office Beacon Hill personnel are very friendly and very efficient. Great eyecare center!
The ladies I dealt with were phenomenal. Having dealt with photosensitivity for a long time most ignore your concerns, the ladies and even Dr K. took everything into consideration and were amazing. Definitely had a better experience personally and professionally here than anywhere else. Will definitely return for future appointments.
they bill you for everything 0/10 and you have to be specific on what kind of test you’re taking because they will bill you for other things if you’re not specific ! & on top of the billing mistake they made, they tried to call me back about my review because they know they were wrong, because they were only supposed to bill me for my eye exam! The eye doctor was upset with me so she wanted to charge me for something which happened to be “contact fitting exam” to get money out of me instead of charging me for my annual eye exam which my insurance covers. They took advantage my insurance doesn’t cover contact fitting! ALLL this because the eye doctor had pride issues and wanted to be upset at me! tomato tomato don’t ever come here and they barely have any frames either!
