No problems with the Dr or my prescription so can't speak to any issues others may or may not have had. My 5 stars is held up by the rest of the staff who are always nice and seem to enjoy their jobs. The techs in the frame area are absolutely amazing and have always helped me pick out the winning frames that look good on me.
I would give 5 stars except my appointment was scheduled at 7:30 and l was sent a notice to be there at 7:20 to register. I got there at 7:20 and the door was locked. I could see someone working inside. I stood outside until about 7:27 when another worker coming to her job opened the door for me. The messaging needs to be changed to not leave customers locked outside. Other than that, l was very pleased with the service by all who l interacted with that day.
I wished I had taken a photo of this office. You would never know it was a eye doctor's office. The office was carefully furnished and decorated. They had a comfortable sofa and chairs instead of hard chairs. The fastest eye doctor appoint for an eye exam too. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and caring.
I went to Clarkston Eye Care and ordered my glasses on 12/31/25. I called and asked were my glasses in and the gentleman said yes and give us 2 days to unpack them. 2 days later I received a text message that my glasses were in. I went to pick them up and they said they did not come. I ask the worker why did I receive a text message from the center where I purchased them if they were not in. The worker said you have to physically get a phone call. I said who us sending out bogus from your center if they were not in. I called corporate and filed a complaint. That is 2 days I wasted my gas and time. The lady from corporate said I would recieve a telephone call. As of today 1/23/26 they still are not in, nor did I receive a call from corporate. I believe this is very bad business. I had changed locations because I had taken my glasses back 8 times to get fixed. I would not recommend Clarkston Eye Care at all. I will do my business else where to be treated with respect and such poor wait time.
Super friendly staff and excellent service! Christian was very helpful in finding the glasses that were the best look and fit for me!
