Booked online and process was smooth. Ladies at the front desk are very informative and knowledgeable with insurance process, coverage explanations etc. Lot of choices! Frames came quick, lenses came promptly, and ladies reach out quickly as well for pickup. Dr idell was amazing, very kind and personable. All of the staff I have been in contact with has been the same.
I have always been very happy with Clarkson Eyecare. Both the Middleburg and Brunswick locations are very thorough with their exams. Both staff and doctors at these locations are friendly and helpful.
