Review updated from 3 stars to 2. Um. So they gave me a prescription that was not correct. Found this out AFTER I had already purchased new glasses. It was clear the eye doctor was in a hurry during my appointment and I get it, it's 4pm on a Friday or whatever, but come on. My SPH number on the right eye was wrong. And now I'm in glasses that are making my eyes water with how hard they're working and I have to fix that. :) The above got me feeling kind of petty so please also allow me to mention the HUGE roach in a sticky trap in the exam room. You gotta get rid of that, folks. Pro's: very easy to schedule with, convenient location, no pressure to buy their frames/lenses Cons: if you sign the consent form as "Yes" for them to send you text appointment reminders, you are also consenting to be marketed to via text. You cannot separately consent/not consent to one or the other. So if you want appointment reminders, you also get unsolicited marketing. :)

Friendly fast comfortable service. I was a little late to my appointment they still got me in and out same day. I was there only tops 2 hrs. Good selection of frames and other services. Great prices and the staff answer all. Of my questions and explained everything thoroughly to where I understood everything I left with no unanswered question and my glasses got on really quick only took 5 to 6 days . I am very happy I will definitely be returning in the future
I went in on May 1,2026 to pick up my glasses and it was about 6 women standing there looking at me when I came in door,And reception ask may I help you I told her and one of them asked my name, they all went to back to get my glasses the reception asked if I wanted to try in to see if they were ok, Noone assisted me, one of them just handed me the glasses and pointed to a mirror, then when I return glasses to say they were ok, they didn't bother to put them back in case, she justed handed them over and said ok you are set. Had me to sign something showing I received glasses. To me they were very unprofessional,no type of customer service,no one was willing to bring glasses to the place where I can sit and try on,to see if they needed adjusting. I will not give them my service at that location again. Very Rude!
I have to give this place a 4 out of five because of a few annoying things, but overall I recommend them. Not everything is completely their issues. 1. Almost all the glasses are Luxottica the Monopoly that takes advantage of everybody that wears glass. 2. They charge more to reuse frames than buying new ones. That is not responsible. I am sure it has something to do with Luxortica. 3. Their notification system will send you 30 texts reminding you of an appointment, but they do not tell you when your glasses are ready. No text or call. So you have to keep running up there. I had glasses made and there was an issue with them. They redid the exam and made the changes to the glasses all for free. I give Clarkson lots of credit for that. It may have taken Luxottica 5 weeks to get me the new set back but again not Clarkson Eyecare’s issue. I just wish there was a way to break up the Luxottica monopoly so there is competitive pricing and we don’t have to pay $500 with insurance for glasses that cost $12 to make. They make it out like you are getting a deal with your insurance.
Jaylan and the other lovely lady whos name I didn't catch were so lovely and helpful with my glasses! i had lots of questions and never felt like i was being annoying, love them!
