Clarkson Eyecare — Nine Mile

I have been to several different eyecare centers in the last 5 years and I have to say Clarkson (Store #4508 - 9 Mile, Pensacola, FL) far exceeds them all. The optician was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. Selecting the right frame is not an easy task but my personal sales representative was patient, kind and experienced. She even went out of her way to contact Ray Ban to replace some sunglass tips for my sunglasses that were purchased elsewhere. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare this morning; Dr. Swem and the whole team are so nice. I was there because of an infection, and I feel good about the care I received. That will definitely be my go-to place now.

My eye exam was top notch and Dr Hogan communicated her findings so I could understand. She gave ample time for question. August that helped with my glasses selection and fitting was fantastic and very patient. I highly recommend Clarkson on 9 mile Rd

(10 Stars If I Could) I was seven hours away from home when I suddenly started having trouble with my vision and needed to be seen immediately. I called this office in a bit of a panic, and they had me in the chair in less than 30 minutes. From the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctor, every single person was beyond extraordinary. They were calm, professional, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. They made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. Their responsiveness, bedside manner, and overall service deserve more than five stars. If you’re anywhere near this office and need eye care, do not hesitate. Truly grateful for them.
