I recently had an appointment at this location and the experience exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Matthews and Michaela were outstanding. Their attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire visit effortless. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask and ensured everything was handled with precision and care. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you for delivering such an exceptional experience. It truly sets the standard for what patient care should look like.

I had a decent experience here at this clinic. The front desk staff were alright and so was Dr. Mathews. The office was modern and spacious, but very hot temperature-wise. This was just for a routine checkup, so I can’t speak to the glasses section. I would come back, but felt that nobody was very friendly compared to other locations… except for one of the front desk girls.

I was impressed with the young women who work at Clarkson. They are friendly and professional and cheery! Dr. Matthew’s is the best. She knows her business. I had a great time there. Five stars!

Very good experience overall. I completed the pre-visit questionnaire online and they had minimal paperwork for me upon arrival. The provider was great for the exam and addressed a question about my eyes in a way I could understand. Printed receipt and prescriptions for lenses were provided and the staff was very pleasant while settling up.

Wonderful doctor and staff! Dr. Mathews gives thorough and friendly care. The team provides great customer service and they even greet many patients by name. They go above and beyond. 5/5 stars for Angelica, Michaela, and Emerson and the Rock Hill office!
