They are not transparent about the actual cost of their services and later send you a bill because your insurance does not cover those unexpected charges. In my case, during my annual eye exam, I was told that eye dilation was covered by my insurance. However, I had other personal appointments scheduled that day, so I asked if I could come back another day for the dilation. The staff member said yes, but did not mention that if the dilation was done on a different day, it would be billed as a separate service. I returned a few days later and had the dilation done. A few weeks afterward, I received a bill for the procedure. My wife had a similar experience with this facility. Based on our experiences, I would not recommend this facility. They should be upfront about any additional charges before providing the service.
