I had such a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare on Gay St in downtown Columbus. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Jessica was especially amazing, she helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I absolutely love and made the whole process fun and easy. The eye exam was thorough, and the entire team made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for great eye care and excellent customer service!

I love this office. I drive nearly an hour each way to come here. Dr. Gardner is super at listening and explaining. I never feel rushed. No question goes unanswered. The techs are friendly and efficient and explain everything that’s happening to you. The whole office is clean. The equipment is sanitized while you’re sitting there before anything touches your face. The opticians are friendly, honest and thorough. Shout out to Keri - she’s fantastic.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Gardner for over 4 years and I will NEVER go anywhere else! From the staff being so welcoming and friendly to Dr. Gardner being direct, clear and EXCEPTIONAL at his job! The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown Columbus and there is an AMAZING selection of frames to choose from. If I could give Dr. Gardner and his staff 100 stars I would! I will ALWAYS recommend this office for any kind of Eyecare!

Everyone in the office was pleasant and willing to answer my every question. It was truly a comfortable pleasure to undergo EVERY test needed to complete my visual needs. Each step was carefully explained as it was executed. I also want to express that is is so very convenient to park for free right across the street.

Dr. Goodale explained my situation regarding cataracts. It was very informative and he gave me the OK to wait and to investigate how my insurance will cover the procedure. Jessica during checkout was very helpful in setting up a affordable payment process. Thank you to all.
