This was the first time in over 25 years of wearing glasses and contacts that I truly felt seen, no pun intended! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The doctor’s assistant took the time to explain each of the eye tests and made the entire process feel comfortable and thorough. The doctor was exceptional. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure my astigmatism was fully addressed. For the first time ever, I left an eye appointment feeling completely confident in my prescription. That level of care and attention to detail is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Their office also has the latest technology for vision testing, which made the exam feel much more precise and comprehensive than any I’ve had before. I can’t recommend Clay Eye enough. Dr. Allison Harmel was very attentive to my thoughts about the outcomes I want after cataract surgery. She answered all my questions and is working with me to get the best results possible.
