Meticulously chose my frames, even brought someone else along for a second opinion because glasses never fit my face well and I really wanted a pair that would make me feel confident. I FINALLY found a pair. I go to get them today and she gave me the WRONG FRAMES I pointed this out and she doubled down insisting they were the right ones. They aren’t they are the opposite of what I ordered in almost every way. I even took it to the person who helped me choose and they noted even more things that made it obvious they weren’t the same but can’t do anything about it besides leave a review.

They are absolutely wonderful! I love the doctor, the staff, and especially the kind, patient, amazing lady that helps you with your glasses and contacts all around. Top shelf! The entire office.
