I am actually right here outside waiting to be seen for my appointment that was suppose to be at 4:15pm. They have had me waiting over an hour and when I asked how much longer it's going to be they said 30 more minutes. Went back in there after 20min and they said it's going to be another 20-30minutes. I am now waiting back in my car again, because that's where they said I have to wait. Yall my car been on for over an hour. This is ridiculous. I will wait another 15minutes and if I dont get called I'm so gone never to come back again! Oh after I leave in 15 I would have been waiting for almost 2 hours! So do I recommend this place. Absolutely not, no!

They don't respect appointments. If you decided to come here, make sure to ask for a paper or some of verification after your made your appointment, because they don't care for you neither your family. It had happened that you book an appointment for especial day and when you go or call they say that you are WRONG and extended your DATE for another month. Take your business to another place

This place sucks they have a horrible selection of glasses and when you do get them they don't even give a case to place them in all they give you is a plastic bag so cheap. Never again will i take my kids there.

Bad service!! They don’t answer your phone calls or call you when glasses are ready!
