My appointment took quite some time but they wanted to make sure that a borderline result was looked into thoroughly. I appreciated the dedication to patient care. They also double checked my insurance to make sure I was getting all deductibles possible. The Medina Pearl Vision center is more than just an eyeglass place. They are patient care providers. I appreciate the care I received!

I did not realize how atrocious my vision was until I received an updated prescription from Pearle Vision in Medina. As I was driving home I was astounded by how significant the improvement in my vision was while wearing my new glasses. I was so impressed I had to call my wife and tell her about it. All while wearing a comfortable frame that looks good on me (not easy to do, I have a weird head). The team here is great. Shout out to Dr. Loni. Truly a master of her craft. Extra shoutout to Tamitha, who ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and went above and beyond to help me out.

I went in for the first time to order my daughter’s first pair of glasses; not only was the attentiveness and service quick, they were so pleasant! I specifically worked with Anne, who was the sweetest soul and interacted very genuinely with my 5 year old. She very clearly enjoys her job and engaging with customers.
