I cannot say enough good things about Clinic Optical. They helped my son and I pick out glasses and were very patient, helpful, and kind. They make you feel like you are there only customer. I highly recommend this optical shop to anyone needing glasses!

I ordered and paid for glasses Nov 8th and told to expect them in November 22nd. It is December 18th and they refuse to refund except to my insurance company who I will no longer have by January 1st and I have NOTHING yet. One star is too high a rating for this place. I finally got my glasses. The in office personnel did everything they could but they have no alerts for problems- it was the lab they dealt with that is at fault

Love the sweet ladies in this office. They make it easy to order contacts after visiting Dr. Jackson, but don’t pressure you to do so. They will help ship them directly to your house and help with rebates and insurance. Thanks, girls!

This is the best place in town to purchase glasses or contacts. Both Stacy and Peyton go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I have been going to Clinic Optical for 20+ years, and my family has no plans to go anywhere else.
