I would give this place a five star. Front desk is amazing and the doctors/assistants are amazing too. However, the girls helping you with the glasses do not have great customer service. The girls are only nice if you decide to buy a second pair of glasses. If you let them know that you only want what the insurance covers they become uninterested on wanting to help you.

I had a wonderful experience at CV Optometry in Coachella! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and helpful. Jenny and Arely made the check-in process smooth and easy, while Giselle and Clara did a great job explaining everything before I saw the doctor. Dr. Lo was amazing and very thorough during my exam. The advanced technology they use made me feel confident that every aspect of my eye health was being carefully checked. Melanie was also fantastic in explaining all the lens options and helping me find what worked best for me. Overall, CV Optometry provides outstanding customer service and quality eye care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming optometry office!

We had a great experience at the Coachella location of Coachella Valley Optometry. The service was fast and convenient, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Clara, the technician, was especially knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in answering my questions and making my kids feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everyone else on the team was also friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. This place does not care about their patients! I ordered a pair of glasses that I need for work at the beginning of September. I was told everything was good to go AND paid a good amount of money for them. About two weeks later, I was notified that they weren't able to make my glasses even after reassuring me that everything was fine. On top of that, they didn't want to refund me. There's been a lot of back and forth with this situation one minute they say yes, then no, then yes again it's RIDICULOUS! Mind you these are glasses I NEED for work! I was later told they were finally able to make my glasses BUT I'm still waiting to receive them! I was told I would get them in 2weeks and it’s wayyy overdue, which is frustrating they might as well give me my money back! And every time I ask for an update, I get the same answer "They're in the lab" This place does not keep its word whatsoever. Before this, they had already messed up my contact prescription, which should've been my first red flag. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Absolutely ridiculous!

It's a very decent optometry office but the optometrist is mostly video calling you so there's not really a personal visit and The other thing I found a little sketchy is that if you use insurance to get your glasses they'll purposely make them take longer but if you finance or purchase through cv optometry they somehow manage to get those done quicker so it's very much motivated by financial gain on their end I definitely recommend getting your eyes checked here but do not buy the glasses here get your prescription and buy elsewhere this place is very money hungry
