Whitney made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and explained every step of the process clearly and patiently. Her positive attitude, gentle care, and attention to detail truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and answered all of my questions with kindness and knowledge. They were really good. They helped me pointing me to the right store to get my glasses. The walmart vision center on irby st in Florence SC excepts Medicaid. Medicaid payed for my glasses except for 8 dollars and some change and it only takes a week for your glasses to come in

I've always had a wonderful experience at Coastal Eye right here in lake City sc. Staff is wonderful and Dr B (because I can't pronounce his name) is wonderful. He thoroughly examines your eyes and will answer any questions you have. My autistic son even likes him, because him and doctor talks and laughs together, and that is what makes our experience wonderful. I would highly recommend Coastal Eye in Lake City.

Outstanding and professional staff, very knowledgeable and customer oriented, they put up with my jokes and absolutely went beyond needed testing to examine my eyes, pricing was far below what I expected, will definitely recommend this group. 🤙
