Coastal Eyes

I have been putting off going to the eye doctor for some time now. Had a good Dr at one point but since Covid and a change in insurance it’s been hard to find a place I trust. I was apprehensive because needless to say, my eye care was less than subpar and I didn’t want a lecture. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles from a wonderful front desk. The assistant that took all the exams before I saw the doctor was on point and just fantastic. Once I saw the Dr Ward I was still a bit nervous but she calmed my nerves within seconds. She was fully understanding, never shaming, and very pro patient and what was best for my eyes. We discussed options for the future after we went over the much needed eye care at the moment. I walked out of there happy and so excited to come back. Thank you for reviving my trust in a good eye doctor!

My husband Julio Joseph recently went there for an eye exam and glasses. The service was exceptional from the staffs to the doctor. Dr. Ward took her time and never rushed him during the exam. She was so thorough and even point out the pterygium my husband has in his eyes. The staff went as far as calling around for him and referred him to an ophthalmologist who take his prescription. The optical side has an amazing selection of frames and the opticians are very kind and never once in there did we feel forced or pushed to buy anything we didn't want. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing service 🥰 -thank you everyone for such an amazing service 👏🏾

I’ve been to two other optometrist offices in the area and Coastal Eyes is by far the best! Dr. Marfori was excellent. Reuben, who helped me pick out glasses was very thorough and gave me his honest opinion on the frames I tried on. They have a nice selection of frames and it feels more like a boutique. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Dr Ward! She is extremely thorough and personable. She quickly diagnosed two different family members of mine with medical issues that need further treatment. The office team, opticians, and assistants are so kind and helpful. We will never go anywhere else!
