They will get you in and then tell you they can't accept your insurance or that it takes 24 hours to run it and then charge you way more than other eye doctors or make you reschedule. Do NOT go here. Terrible business practices. Terrible customer service.

We had another wonderful experience at Coble Eye Care! The staff was absolutely top notch. All staff was super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient. I especially appreciated how patient they were while helping my almost-adult son take responsibility for filling out his own paperwork. They never rushed him and explained each step along the way, which made the entire experience stress-free. When Dr. Stephens came in, she was just as wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. She took the time to make sure my son felt at ease and answered every one of his questions and he had several! She made him feel comfortable and included throughout the entire appointment, which I really appreciated. We have been to Coble Eye Care before, and experiences like this are exactly why we will continue to make Coble our family’s eye care center. We highly recommend them!

The office and Dr. Coble is always helpful and friendly. You never feel rushed or pushy to buy their eyewear. They are totally fine if you bring your own, no pressure, but I found a pair there this time I really liked. Great place to get your eyes checked.

I’ve been going here for years and whenever I go, it’s always pleasant visit from the Admin at the desk to the Eye Doctor. My kids and I love going there. I live in Shawnee and will drive the extra miles just because of the experience. Thank you for all you do!!
