I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a great experience here. I walked in needing an urgent prescription update after running out of contacts, and they were able to fit me in. The staff helped me figure out my new insurance and made the process easy. The doctor was quick, thorough, and answered my questions about eye allergies. At checkout, I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on glasses when I only needed contacts. Best part, they gave me a week’s worth of contacts to hold me over until my order arrives, which honestly saved me. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Cohen’s Optical. The doctor was incredibly nice and warm, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. The staff were just as amazing, very friendly, accommodating, and patient. I really appreciated how they took their time with me while I was choosing my frames and never made me feel rushed. Overall, such a pleasant and stress free visit. I’d definitely recommend them!

I have been coming here for years and they have the best services and the technicians and the eye doctor. Also, all the employees are very well equipped. My entire family comes here. I would highly recommend it.

i don’t reccomend this place for your eye check up and glasses. worst customer service ever. .i will not go and my famalies and friends will not go this this place ever. i checked the reviews and still i went it was the biggest regret of my life.
