I love Cohen’s Fashion Optical at Queens Center Mall. Pamela is very helpful and provides the best customer services especially with having great expertise on different designer frames. Thus far, I have purchased four pair of glasses from them within this year and definitely a satisfied customer. A lot of people give me compliments about my frames. They are the best !
The customer service at this location is absolutely top tier! I was late to my eye exam and they were still able to accommodate me, they were so helpful and patient with choosing the perfect frames for me. The wait time to pick them up was a week and few days and my prescription came out perfect. I will definitely be back to pick out more frames, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to get a new pair of glasses/shades! Also I want to acknowledge Edgardo the General Managers, he was so kind and helpful and even remembered my name when I came to pick up my glasses which I think is so considerate, bless his heart!

I love how all the employees are very friendly!! Blanca was helping me with all my needs. She also took care of my children’s needs with their glasses and explained how to use them.
