Ive worn glasses since I was 5 years old. Ive visited many different offices over the last 25 years and Cohens was by far the best. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and showed my different options with my insurance and helped me get lenses that I enjoy wearing. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jessi while I was their the last time and she was amazing. I highly recommend going here. The wait time may seem a little long but its well worth it for the service being offered to you.

My family and I have been coming to this location for the past 10 years. I've always had an amazing experience. The girls up front are always so nice and accommodating; I never feel rushed even when they are busy. Dr. Haberman is a pleasure to talk to and does a very thorough job. Shout out to Jessi, the manager. Never have I ever come into the shop where she didn't take excellent care of me and my family. I'm very picky with my frames and she seems to have this uncanny ability of knowing exactly what I want. I highly recommend this location and Dr. H's girls. Your won't be disappointed!

I’ve been going to this Cohen's for about 5 years now and every time I have an amazing experience. From the doctor to the girls working up front, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Any time I go Jessi will always go above and beyond for me on helping me find the glasses I want/work for my face. Even if she doesn’t have those glasses in stock at the moment she will somehow acquire them for my next visit and they’re always perfect. Never will I ever go anywhere else for my eye needs. Also there’s a pup that hangs out in the office in the CUTEST clothes that’s just the sweetest thing. Honestly highlight of my day going there.

I purchased glasses in July and have never been happy with the quality. I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and I have never been back and forth so many times with lenses falling out. From five minutes after I left the store, I was not happy with the quality. They are trying to make it good but I'm pretty sure I need new frames, and I am not paying for another pair of junk frames. The quality does not match the price. The optician is nice but should have ordered me a completely new pair after the third or so time I was in there. The young girl today was fresh, with her fake smile and dismissive attitude. I made it pretty clear I was not happy. When you see a customer in your store so often, you should at least ACT like you sympathize!

My 12 year- old daughter lost her glasses, and I was very pleased with the service we received at Cohen to get her a new pair. They had a lot of cute frames, and the woman who helped us did a great job helping us find the one that fit my daughter’s face and made her happy. Not to mention she had a great sense of humor and worked well with my quirky 12 year- old. My daughter also wears bifocals, and great care was taken in the measurements to make sure the bifocal was properly placed. As a postscript, when the missing glasses were finally found after being trampled on, Cohen was quite helpful in getting them bent back into shape as a backup pair!
