Maria was awesome at this location. I called, she told me come in, had an amazing smile, was super helpful, pricing was given, and she was able to give me contacts and glasses within an hour. I was shocked, other places told me 3 weeks. Then Igor came out as I was about to leave. He told me, stay a while because we might have your glasses to you sooner. So I’m here sitting waiting to get my glasses done “on the spot.” This was a great experience for me as I’m a truck driver and needed something fast and this location with Maria and Igor didn’t fail. Excellent service, with a smile, with professionalism, and with great care and speed. I’ll be back here to get my prescription rec specs for work and construction later. Very happy with the service!

I wasted a lot of money on this awful establishment. The whole experience of trying to buy contacts was horrible. When I came in the doctor tried to examine me for glasses instead of contacts. The women who work here are rude. They tried to get me to buy a year’s worth of contacts and then told me they won’t sell less than six months worth. They charged me to “teach” me how to put them in. When I payed for the contacts, the deceptive lady said if I had any problems all I had to do was come back and they would take care of it. When I wore the contacts my vision was blurry and it was hard to read anything up close. Their way of fixing the problem was offering me useless store credit and telling me “we didn’t take your money.” Nonsense. These people couldn’t even do me the simple courtesy of calling me to notify me when my contacts were ready. In the end, they switched my contacts from dailies to contacts that lasted two weeks. Ended up charging me again as well. Sneaky disgusting people.
Exceptional customer service provided by Adrianne. She is very good at what she does, very patient and makes sure customer leaves happy. I went to Cohen needed new glasses and couldn't make up my mind but she went above and beyond to help me, and l left the store very happy . She is a fantastic sales representative and a great asset to the store .
The place has an amazing selection! The staff is so welcoming and attentive. I had my eye exam and ordered my glasses and they did delivered right on time. Always a pleasurably experience. My son gets his contacts here as well and never had an issue.
I have to say that I love their new store right off the Sunrise Highway. I have been coming to this Cohen's store inside the Green Acres Mall but it was always a hassle; now I literally park and walk in. The new store is beautiful and equipment is modern and new; the glasses selection is great as always. Same friendly staff and quick turnaround time.
