I love this store. The employees are kind and empathetic. And they provide new and exciting solutions every time I visit. This last time they fulfilled my -8.0 prescription with high index, German-manufactured, Zeiss lenses. I'm honestly kind of through-the-roof excited about them. For example, Instead of the noticable green anti-glare, I have their "Platinum" anti-glare and you don't see it at all. They're just a pleasure to see the world through. Thank you so much, guys! (FYI, the brand engraving on the lens is NOT something you will see while wearing the glasses. It's invisible.)

Went in today and had an eye exam with the friendly and calm doctor. Then I had to buy prescription glasses for the first time in my life - "go pick a frame". Ack! completely overwhelmed lol. But then Helaine and Peter jumped in and spent so much time giving me options. I loved that they really took the time to pick out frames which suited me - in both looks and personality. Helaine was honest in telling me which ones didn't suit. The two of them have an enthusiasm and the experience which made it so easy for me to choose. Thank you thank you! What an absolutely pleasant experience from making the appointment with Helaine - her efficiency, knowledge, manners and being so friendly - to meeting with Dr. Goodman who was extremely , patient, kind, thorough and walked me through each step of the examine, and to meeting one if the owners who assisted in reviewing policies, eye ware etc. Their interactions with other patients while I was at their office was equally as impressive.
