I have been going to the Cohen's Fashion Optical at Forest Hills for over 17yrs. They have a wide selection of frames which are a bit on the expensive side but, I keep going back because I've always had a pleasant experience. To date my experience 3 weeks ago was by far one of the best. Thanks to Diana for her great customer service... Diana was courteous, pleasant, understanding and respectful. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that I had a good shopping experience...

Diana and Kelly provide great customer service at this location. I have been coming here for more than ten years and they are very kind, professional and take the time to answer my questions and listen to my needs. Diana let me take as long as I wanted and helped pick out great choices for eyeglasses for me with no pressure.

The sales associate Talia couldn’t have been more helpful! She was a delight to work with, and made sure to put me in the proper frames that were best suitable for my face. Not only was she exceptionally friendly, she was also extremely honest and didn’t try to only sell me the most expensive product, but put me in the proper frames/lenses for my specific needs. I highly recommend coming to see her and her staff
