I am here fighting with COHEN after I was given a prescription that almost caused me to fall because it's too strong. The glasses upon wearing gives me instant headache, watery eye and causes me to lose balance and almost fell. I paid more than $999 for the glasses and when I went to the store to return them due to their physician's giving me a stranger than needed prescription. Michael the guy at the counter was extremely dismissive and refused to listen to me. I was finally able to see a different provider on 2/2/26 and I was able to get another prescription and was advised that the issue is because I have a high stigmatism. Which I completely understand. Now they refuse to refund the balance and only wants to issue a store credit when they know I am only able to get new glasses every 2 years. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that now I have to get a lawyer involved for a mere $1030.88 meanwhile I have been without glasses for almost a month now. I asked to get a different pair of glasses and they agreed at first then they said they would give me a store credit I said no because I must go get hard contact lenses due to issues with my retina and my stigmatism. I am now suing them because the manager Lana and the glasses guy Michael are refusing to refund the money even for me to take to another Cohen shop because their glasses option at that shop is limited. Lana claimed that they are a franchise. I will update as soon as I get an update from my lawyer and the small claims courts. I am suing for the exact amount. I want nothing more but what I spent.

These are by far the best glasses I’ve owned. They’re stylish, durable, and so comfortable that I forget I’m even wearing them. Great value for the price!
Michael was literally AMAZINGLY patient with me and gave me great directions on what glasses to take. Dr. Lin is also INCREDIBLE, very knowledgeable, quick and direct. I come to this store for years and will keep on coming! THANK YOU!!!
My husband and I had an amazing experience at the store. Everyone was very kind and professional and most importantly very patient when it time to choose our glasses. We definitely recommend this location.
Service was exceptional. Flexible payment plan for glasses. My experience here was great.
