Excellent optometrist! The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. The staff was friendly, and although the office isn’t large, it was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The entire visit was a great experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, honest, and exceptional eye care.

I went for a routine eye exam, last minute and they fitted me in. Dr Penn is very knowledgeable and explains findings clearly. He gave me a couple of different options for reading glasses. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating and their prices are very reasonable.

Dr Penn is amazing. This is our second visit with him due to my daughter’s increased headache episodes. We managed to snag the last appointment of the day and Dr Penn was so kind and patient with my kid even though she was over the appointment the second we arrived. He was detailed in his explanation of what he thinks is going on based on his exam and his recommendations. Afterwards he asked me if I had any questions and made sure I understood and agreed with the treatment plan. He explained to my kid the importance of wearing her new glasses when they arrive. The assistant was also truly a dear. She helped my kid pick out some glasses based on her style and face shape. She was so patient and kind. When I was explaining my struggles with my kiddo over her previous glasses, she took the time to further explain why her glasses are so important. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making this journey with my kiddos medical problem easier.
