First time appointment with Dr. Thai. What a smart and personable professional. The office staff was wonderful as was Frank who expertly fitted me with new glasses and was price conscious as well. Best of all, my appointment was at 3pm and I literally was taken right in after filling out some forms. How refreshing! Should have made the switch years ago.
Dr. Alice Thai, was so kind during my visit & she was very thorough when explaining to me the different procedures she was performing for my eye exam as well as notifying me of my prescription. Dr. Alice Thai is also someone who is compassionate she remembered from a year ago that I was starting school again and begin asking questions about that. That small gesture meant a lot, I definitely recommend seeing her, she is a perfect example of what a Doctor should embody!
The entire experience was amazing! The office staff were very friendly and nice! Dr Nguyen listened to my concerns and explained everything for me.
I had an eye issue and needed an appointment at the last minute. The front desk was quick to help me find an appointment time and get me in the very same day. I saw Dr. Thai. I appreciated her bedside manner. She was very easy to talk to and she seemed knowledgeable. She even helped me understand what eye drop brands to steer clear of what other options I had for relieving my eye pain. Great doc and the front desk folks are running an efficient operation.
Clean, organize , friendly staff , Frank was very dedicated & helpful to find the perfect eyeglasses & right price for my husband . Dr Thai is very accommodating, excellent bedside manners, knowledgeable & caring.
