Columbia City Optometry

I enjoy the people at CC Optometry. The optometrist is easy to talk to and made me feel welcome and comfortable while I was getting my eyes checked out. The lady that helped me pick out my new glasses was willing to give an opinion on how they looked. I believe she gave an honest opinion because the first pair I tried, she shook her head "no". I will definitely be going back. I do recommend having insurance as these glasses are ridiculously priced these day, but that isn't their fault. Glasses are just expensive these days.

Stopped by to get my glasses adjusted, kept sliding down my nose. They put new silicone nosepads on at no charge. Very nice 👍

The best eye doctor I've ever been to. Extremely friendly staff, low wait time, in-depth and helpful eye exam, happy and comfortable environment. Overall an amazing service! I will definitely be coming again! Thank you so much for what you provide :)

CC Optometry is an exceptional office. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Ingrid McClain is amazing. She is thorough and really cares about her patients, taking time to explain what she is doing, while giving her patients the opportunity to ask questions. I appreciate her early exams for children and infants, working hard to address issues in the beginning stages. Bless you Dr. Ingrid and staff, for taking such great care of our family!!

Excellent first experience. My 6 yo got something in his eye, and they got him in within 30 min as a new patient. Everyone was great with him and with me as the parent. The facility is very nice as well. Definitely recommend; we will be back!
