Really loved my experience with the eye doctor! She was super knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time answering questions and ensuring I liked my prescription. Definitely will return! The only improvement that could be made was with the sales process at the end. I feel they should discuss cost more transparently and let you know what your benefit covers before heading into looking at glasses and contacts options. Once both are aligned on cost THEN look into option. The current sales process felt like they were hiding cost and not explaining well. Not major enough to deduct any rating though. The doctor and staff were wonderful! Loved the person at the front desk too. She was super nice.

Skilled, professional, patient staff and an amazing selection of high quality frames. I get complimented on my glasses almost every day! Even better, my eye strain and dry eyes have disappeared! You really want to go here. Trust me. Bonus: the building is convenient to transit!

The clinic is conveniently located near my workplace, but what truly stands out is the respect, courtesy, and professionalism I’ve consistently received from Dr. Hua and her team.

Avoid this business if you work in a creative field. I am an independent artist, and the customer service here is incredibly unprofessional and condescending toward the arts. I was directly asked by staff if I "didn't have a real job" or a "part-time job," completely demeaning the labor and skill of independent creators. Save your time and money, and go somewhere where professionals are actually treated with basic workplace respect.

The eye exam was fine. They got my prescription right. BUT No matter if I just bought $300 frames from them a year ago, they can't use the same frames because they might "damage them" and be "liable", and I always fell for it. Then I went to another clinic because I have enough frames, and they had no problem just replacing the lenses. I wonder what other extras they were upselling me that were unnecessary. The woman who sold me all these frames even hesitated before she gave me this pitch last time. She gave me this look like, she's not sure if I'm gonna fall for it again. But I did.
