From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I checked out with my new glasses, my experience was excellent. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. After reading some of the negative reviews, I honestly found them hard to relate to based on my own experience. The office was clean, welcoming, and the staff treated me with kindness and respect throughout my visit. I've been to many optometrists over the years, and this office is by far my favorite. The level of customer service and care I received was outstanding. As for some of the complaints I've seen in other reviews, a little perspective goes a long way. If you drive over a mountain pass to visit an office without an appointment and discover they're closed, that's not really a reflection of the business—it's a planning issue. Judging a practice based on circumstances like that seems unfair. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service.

I would definitely recommend Colville Vision Center—it was well worth the visit. I drove over an hour to get there, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Jonathan was wonderful—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. The optical technician was also incredibly helpful. I don’t remember her name, but she explained what to look for in a properly fitting pair of glasses better than anyone ever has—and I’ve been wearing glasses for a very long time. That really stood out to me. I’ve also had multiple follow-up calls, and the staff has always been understanding and helpful. Overall, a great place to get eye care, and I would absolutely recommend them.

The Doctors and opticians do a wonderful job. However, the girl at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills. The first time I went in just to pay a bill, I asked a question about why it cost more than I thought. She responded condescendingly, "if you don't pay for your appointments, you'll go blind, so you need to keep paying!" The next time j came in (yesterday) to make my final payment, she rolled her eyes as I was walking up and the transaction was horrible. I'm going to switch to a different office, because I deserve better treatment.

Everything was great, staff was great, glasses came on time. Great job. However.... when you walk inside an extreme smell of mold floods your senses. It can't be good for anyone to work in those conditions. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

This was my first time going into this office, and I was pleasantly greeted and treated with professionalism and kindness. I loved the options for glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend this place! 😊 -Liz Bunting
