Too many problems there. I had a lab order from my PCP there and I went there to get that lab work done and the person who drew my blood said that there were things on the order that they can't do and she referred me to acl when I got to acl they said that they don't do that specific thing also. So I called community health net to figure out why they sent me to acl. I was trying to get an answer from them before the office at acl closed because they were closing in 15 minutes and there was so much confusion on the order to begin with and they repeatedly would put me on hold send my call to another department and that cycle repeated until the call went back to the original person who took my call and when that happened I said to her that I need to speak with my PCP and the lady got smart with me saying that she would of been got me the help I needed but you hung up on me which I didn't when truthfully they kept passing my call around. And then I'm on a program with them where they cover the cost of my medicine and visits but would constantly make errors charging me for the medicine they prescribed to me. And they also judge you there as well. And when you call the pharmacy the pharmacist will say your order is ready for pick up then when you get there they make you wait an hour to get your order. I've been waiting 2 weeks for this particular medication they ordered there for me. Everytime i call they say they don't have that medicine in stock and that I got to call my PCP there. Also their dentist rescheduled my appointment 3 times to the point where I gave up on them and went to summit dental. And when I went in to get some of my lab work done at community health net the lady put my chart in the chart holder on the door facing outward so anybody could walk by and read my personal information so the lady that drew my blood told that lady that she can't do that she haves to place it inward to where nobody can read it because of hippa and that lady's response was I don't care that what she said I don't care. They're very unprofessional there. I am switching my PCP as soon as I can. They don't even deserve one star.
