I had the greatest experience of my life when I visited Complete Eyecare in Belmont NC. I felt like I was at home getting my eyes checked. The staff and Doctors felt like true friends. Wow, what an amazing moment in my life today just having my eye examine. I found my home until Jesus comes for me.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and the staff at Complete Eye Care today. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and kind, and helped me consider other options such as implantable contact lenses. Her staff was also professional and I appreciated the upfront price transparency on the exam and procedures. Highly recommend!
The staff is very professional, polite, and friendly. . Dr. Barbara Marcussen is very meticulous and makes sure that you fully understand your diagnosis and addresses your concerns. Always make sure you fully understand everything in layman's terms. I have been a patient there for years now, and I always recommend/refer them.
Dr. Ashe is incredible, truly the best of the best! She is always so understanding and takes concerns to heart. The staff here is always friendly and seem to truly love their job while caring for patients. Amazing office doing great work!
Everyone that took care of me was so kind and helpful. Angie in the front office with her welcoming smile and professional knowledge that made the intake process actually pleasant. Dr Ashe was so friendly and knowledgeable but yet knew exactly how to relay information in everyday language so you would have no problem understanding. She made sure everything she was telling me made sense to me and I really appreciated that. This will definitely be my new home for the care of my eyes for years to come.
