Complete Eyecare

I had an outstanding experience at this eyecare office. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the facility was spotless and well-organized. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and clear communication, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality eye care.

I really liked the place and the selection of glasses they had. To be honest the selection is generally better than most optometrists! The service was good and Dr. Krietlow was very friendly. The office staff were also very pleasant and helpful when it came to fitting and helping plan for a dry eye checkup I’m having done soon.

I don't have much for details. I've been seeing this doctor over 20 years now. I'm happy to see him opening his own office. I'm always satisfied with my visits - can't exactly say "happy" every time (when my prescription strength increases!) 😀 It comes with the territory! Lol!

Loved their new office. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kreitlow for many years now and this is the 1st time I’ve seen him in his new place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Kreitlow is always thorough, courteous & professional. I needed new glasses, so I also spent some time with Carolina, the Optical Mgr. She helped me find frames that would suit my new lenses. I’m always satisfied going to Dr. K because he takes the time to listen to my concerns and he explains what’s going on with my eyes really well.

Receptionist was so rude. I called her on it and she denied acting rude. I know when someone is being snippy and rude to me. If that's her being nice I would hate to see her when she's trying to be rude. I left the exam room right then and there. I am not paying for someone to be rude to me. Obviously, I would not recommend this place.
