Contact Lens & Eyecare Gallery

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Darlene Jones and her team. My appointment started right on time, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit. Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time needed to ensure my contact lens prescription was exactly right and never made me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care were evident throughout the appointment. The office is reasonably priced, well-organized, and focused on patient satisfaction. The entire team was helpful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for an experienced optometrist who truly cares about her patients.

My family and I have been patients of Contact Lens & EyeCare Gallery in Frisco since relocating from Washington State, and I can confidently say that Dr. Darlene and Adam are among the best providers we’ve ever had. They are warm, attentive, and consistently treat us with the kind of care you’d expect from close family friends. This week, I stopped by to pick up contact lenses that were supposed to arrive before my upcoming trip. Due to a contractor delay, the shipment didn’t make it in time. Instead of leaving me without a solution, Dr. Darlene and Adam immediately provided me with 10 days’ worth of lenses at no charge so I wouldn’t travel without them. They also gave my son an additional 10 days’ supply because his order was placed late. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to step in during unexpected situations speak volumes about their character and commitment. We are truly grateful for everything they do, and we’re thankful to have found such caring providers here in Frisco.

Dr Jones was very thorough & explained the issues with my eyes & vision changes in easy to understand lay terms. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially patients considering VIZZ treatment.

Dr. Jones and her staff are really sweet and professional. The office was clean and smelled great, with a ton of frames to choose from. I would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to Contact Lens & Eye Care Gallery since 2011. I have always received exceptional service here. They recently worked with my 16-year-old daughter who is extremely picky. They were extremely kind and patient with her. I have tried other eyeglass places, and they can never get the glasses I want like Contact Lens & Eye Gallery does. Their prices are more than reasonable as well!
