I continue to have a positive experience with both doctors and optical shop. I have a little who needed glasses on various occasions because he is a very active young boy.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I almost canceled my appointment after reading them and I am so glad I didn't. My daughter had an appointment today and we got stuck in traffic so we were 25 minutes late, and they still seen us with zero issue. We seen Dr.Burgher and she was so good with my 3 year old. We assume my daughter is on the spectrum so she doesn't follow verbal instructions at all and every single staff member we encountered did so well with her. Everyone was patient and extremely kind to her. From the second we walked in to the receptionist, all the way to finishing at the optical shop, our experience was amazing! I'll be bringing my other two kids here after being suggested to. 10/10.
We have been a patient here for almost a year now. #1 The staff has always been phenomenal. From scheduling to check in to assistants and Dr. Burgher herself. We love them all. #2 They are so accomodating to schedules and easy to communicate with if there are any issues. #3. Our new dog ate my sons glasses - legit ate them. I called wondering if we should replace them or wait until his next appointment which is 2 weeks away in case the rx changes - Dr. Burgher had them order a replacement set since its under warranty! # 4 - My 4 year old is autistic and severely ADHD - he is so comfortable here and they are very patient with him and give him the best care ever! We love this office and will continue the hour commute so my son gets the attentive care he needs!!!
Very rude! Gave no explanation on why they weren’t taking any more phone calls and just decided to hang up in my face.
I have been taking my children here for several years and we've had some positive experiences however recently, we went to have my sons eye exam which required dilatating his eyes. I knew he was going to need new glasses as his prescription changes every year and we got there early to look at frames beforehand so that he could actually see them... I was given a hard time when we asked to be let in to the optical center and told that he should come back to look after his exam and they would be able to help then. I had to be adamant that he would not be able to see as we experienced in the past. Finally, they let us come look at frames before the visit with my son but, I don't see why I was given a hard time for this and recommend finding a way to deliver a better experience when there are situations where eyes need to be dilated and they may be picking out frames in the same day.
