Costco Optical

This Costco is better than my local Costco in SoCal! I came with a coworker after work to check out what deals they had at the Daytona Beach Costco. Well, I was already impressed with the parking layout because they were so roomy compared to the tight spaces we have at my local Costco. They also had plenty of shopping carts, as if no one was there to shop - and we came on a weekend! Anyway, it wasn’t busy like the ones in SoCal so it was nice perusing the aisles. My coworker was looking to get a longsleeve for the office and she found something cute - in pink - for a decent price. I, too, found something cute shirts to bring back to my two nieces who were starting middle school. And, I even found some Lindt Chocolates for under $7!!! Those normally go for $19.99 a bag. I picked up one bag to share with my local team and everyone loved it! I came back on a second trip to buy two more bags to bring home. I mean, why not? I’d buy more if I had more room in my luggage. Haha Anyway, the food court had the same items as our local Costco. I tried the new chicken tenders but they were just regular chicken tenders. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad - just regular chicken tenders. The workers were really quick and efficient. Overall, really spacious Costco that’s well-organized with spacious parking spaces - and maybe even a good deal or two!

The Daytona Beach Costco has a really unique exterior compared to other locations, which feels quite refreshing. Inside, it’s incredibly spacious and well-organized. Maybe because of the layout, it actually feels pretty peaceful on days when there aren't many tourists around. Another neat touch is the wide selection of wines displayed right near the meat section. My only complaint, though, is that even though this Costco is right here in Florida, all the oranges they sell are from Morocco or California, which is a bit disappointing.

We went to this store with a friend who was visiting. The bad thing is that only store customers are allowed to enter and tourists cannot use it because they are not club members. It is such a cool store, everything is the best. My recommendation is that you definitely go there.

Employees are helpful. The store is large, has a big selection of many things. Their food court is always busy.i always spend more than I meant too. But I always find some food item I've never had to bring home to experience .

Costco has a way of making you walk in for one thing… and somehow leave with a cart full of things you didn’t know you needed. The Daytona Beach location is clean, well organized, and surprisingly easy to navigate considering how busy it can get. The staff are friendly, shelves stay well stocked, and checkout moves efficiently even when the store is packed. The food court is always a nice stop before heading home, and the warehouse has a great selection of groceries, household items, electronics, seasonal products, and just about everything in between. The quality of Costco’s products and their return policy make it easy to shop with confidence. And I’ll tell ya… it’s one of those places where the membership pays for itself if you shop there regularly. If you’re in the Daytona Beach area, this Costco is well worth the trip.
