Hard to believe that someone left a one star review already about gas prices!!!!!!! Costco is a wonderful place and I am sure it will be as equally as nice if not nicer then. I can only hope that people will at least let the place open up before bombing it with a 1 star review for really no apparent coherent reason.. Thanks for coming to Oconomowoc, hopefully other folks from Jefferson will love it.....
This one is the regular layout rather than the mirrored one. I was kinda sad that brand new opening didn't have any special liquors. I did see Yamazaki 12yr and that's probably gonna be the temporary one, as one of the employees there told me. You've got the crystals, giant bear and designer perfumes. That's about it for the special items. They also didn't have all the checkout lanes open for the first opening Saturday. Very weird. One thing I did notice was the pre scanned kiosks at the self checkout area. That's nice to have. I didn't see anyone walking around with the scanners to scan people though. This doesn't go against Costco but more towards the patrons in the area. There were definitely "shy" people who took samples then too shy to not "buy" the items but they just discarded the items in another location, messing up the tidyness. I'm sure people will gradually get "thick skinned" and don't feel bad for not "buying" the sampled items if they don't want them, as time goes on.
What a disappointment. A brand-new Costco location and they couldn’t even bother to put in diesel pumps. I have a Costco membership specifically for the diesel, so opening a new location without it makes the membership completely useless to me. How does a company open a brand-new fuel station in 2026 and decide that diesel customers aren’t worth accommodating? Plenty of Costco members drive diesel trucks, and this is a pretty ridiculous oversight. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. No diesel, no reason for me to have a Costco membership.
No diesel at this new Oconomowoc location and they have no plans to change that per the workers. Disappointing and a waste of real-estate.
