I would give 1 star review if I could. The reception at the exam center is rude. The eye exam doc is trying hard to sell a certain brand…. I guess he gets commission? I just came here for convenience but the wait is surprisingly long. Will not come back

I went with my mom to the optics department and we are very happy with Caesy shout out to him. He is very dedicated and always helps us with respect. We appreciate him.

I know the line could be long and I just got lucky today, only 15 minutes wait but this is the first time in years that I actually got glasses that are usable. The attendant is super friendly, humourous and helpful. A happy customer, at least for 2025.

Would give 0 if maps allowed me! The wait time is crazy and the employees kept chatting and talking about their weekend/ organization system and life (!) even though they could see people waiting! The staff is absolutely aware that people have been waiting forever and they opt to make them suffer.
