My wife and I, recently went and got an eye exam, new glasses and contacts. I don't understand how this optical team can currently have 2.8 stars ??? It must have been old reviews with different people. The current optometrist was professional and very thorough and the optical consultant picked the perfect glass frame. She gave me excellent suggestions. When I received my glasses and put them on, I can see in high definition again ! We can't thank this optical team enough for their dedication and professionalism. Give them a try and see clearly again!

I had a pleasant experience overall. The technology and tools/equipment used at this facility is state-of-the-art and top-notch. The optometrists are friendly. I have since tried different optometrists to get different opinions and perspectives about eye conditions.
Jordan in Optical went out of her way to help me find frames. I had been having trouble with my old ones being too tight on the bridge of my nose. She was great!
Honestly save ur money. I went here because I was having trouble seeing up close and the lady gave me a 2 second exam to test if I can see the letters from far away. When I tried to tell her she that I know I can see fine up close she became somewhat passive aggressive and told me I was fine but to try these lenses to see better far away. For the same price with my insurance I went to an eye doctor that actually took a second to talk to me and gave me multiple exams. Don’t go here
The worst experience ever! Gizelle or Gisselle the receptionist insisted that I arrive with my kids 15 min early only to shut the door in my face because she needed to eat her sandwich. We let her know we were there 15 early as requested and her response "well I'm on lunch so we start at 1:30pm." slamming the sliding door in our faces. I filled out the kids intake forms and specifically did not mark the part about approving extra charges so they would ask me. Well after the appointments I get a $60 extra charge for a test I did not approve or request. When asked why this was done without our permission her response was "you should've been in there with your child" like they asked my 14 year old for permission. I wasn't in there because we got the door slammed in our faces nor were we asked to be in the tiny exam room. It gets better...I asked for a copy of my intake form and she said she said I was not allowed access to the form I filled out an hour before because it was a HIPAA violation. Providing me with my own medical records is a HIPAA violation in some medical offices now apparently. She had no idea what she was doing and definitely no people skills. Will not go there again. Luckily Costco management handled it like pros so while I do love the store and will continue to visit it, the optical leaves much to be desired and we will never go back. I will definitely be looking into filing a HIPAA complaint. I am stating publicly that I did not fill out any authorization to additional charges in case that intake form gets altered. If it does, it is fraud and I will seek legal advice.
